Client: Falcon Aviation Training
Challenge: We were approached by the CEO of Falcon Aviation Training to grow their online presence, as it was then a new brand about to launched in a competitive market.
Audit: Our audit revealed that only an insignificant number of training schools were actively engaging an online audience, and that people were looking for information.
Solution: We proposed to create and manage their social media pages, concentrating on Facebook as this was where a majority of their target audience was already conversing. The goals were to:
- Enhance their brand and position the brand as the go-to school for aviation training
- Provide support to youths looking forward to a career in aviation
- Showcase the successes and testimonials of the participants of the training courses signed up to increase word of mouth referrals.
Results: In less than 6 weeks, we grew a large following and were replying to minimum of five inquiries daily. The results showed over 1000% increase in following and 150% goal achievement. The client was happy with our work and with the growth of the school’s brand.
